Depending on your preference, leaves can be:
- Placed at the curb for pickup
- Moved to a nearby wooded area on the property
- Collected and hauled away
Leaving leaves on the property or at the curb is generally the more economical option, while hauling them away provides a completely clean finish without leaving piles behind.
For many properties, we recommend two leaf cleanups during the fall. A mid-fall cleanup helps prevent leaves from becoming too deep, followed by a final cleanup in late fall after most of the leaves have dropped. This can be especially helpful during a wet fall, when deep layers of leaves can become heavy, matted, and more difficult to clean up.
